It is important to keep a regular check on your tyres as a legal requirement and for you and your passengers’ safety. The minimum requirement is at least 1.6mm tread across the central ¾ of the tyre.
We recommend you also keep a check on your tyre pressures, as this will also help in keeping your tyres in good condition (your car manual will provide the correct pressures for your vehicle).
Should your tyres appear to be wearing unevenly, we would strongly recommend wheel alignment to be carried out to avoid any further tyre wear and prolong their life.
